This instrumental was made to used with my 7:21 neuro-cycle journal and Dr Caroline Leaf's neuro cycle app and accompany my album “7:21

Dr. Caroline Leaf. Her research reveals that thoughts can become physical brain substances (that resemble trees with roots and branches) through the process of neuroplasticity. Toxic thoughts are detrimental to spiritual, mental, physical and relational health but can be removed.

According to Dr Leaf, it generally takes at least 7 minutes a day for 21 consecutive days using her neuro cycle exercise to build a positive “tree” and remove one toxic thought at a time. Hence, "7:21."

Allow the music to inspire you to sing your own melody for your new positive thought you want to grow in your mind.

Your melody and positive words will play in your mind and have a positive effect on your mental well-being. Sing your affirmation whenever needed and often.

You can also play your chosen instrumental during your daily neuro cycle mental exercise.

I pray this instrumental, my journal and Dr Leaf's research also encourages you to make the positive changes you seek!
