This instrumenatl album was made to be used with Dr Caroline Leaf's neuro cycle app and my journal 7:21 A 21 Day Mind Renewing Journey Seven.

Dr. Leaf's research reveals that thoughts can become physical brain substances (that resemble trees with roots and branches) through the process of neuroplasticity. Toxic thoughts are detrimental to spiritual, mental, physical and relational health but can be removed. According to Dr Leaf, it generally takes at least 7 minutes a day for 21 consecutive days using her neuro cycle exercise to build a positive “tree” and remove one toxic thought at a time. Hence, "7:21."

As a musician, I was inspired to create this journal and write my own music centered on spiritual principles, healing chords, notes and sounds of nature to encourage me as I go through Dr Leaf’s neuro cycle. Each song on the album is 7 minutes and 21 seconds to serve as a reminder of the commitment to this healing process.

I pray this journal, my album and Dr Leaf's research also encourages you to make the positive changes you seek!
